FBD requires that subscribers register the necessary personal data for FBD to be able to send the requested e-mails (e.g. newsletters) to subscribers. Some of the required information are obligatory and clearly marked on the registration form. Entries in other fields are voluntary. FBD may automatically collect non-personal data about you, i.e. which internet browser you use, or about the website from which you linked to FBD website. You can not be identified from this type of data and FBD only collects this information to improve the services on FBD’s website.
You can get insight into the data about you that we process and you can request for the data to be corrected or deleted, or that use of the data be limited. If you rightly object to our processing, we may no longer process your data. In some cases, you may receive the data you have provided to us disclosed, or sent to a third party. If you have given us your consent to receive marketing material, etc., this may be revoked by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the link at the base of each newsletter.
Data-sharing and consequences
FBD does not sell, distribute or lease your personal data to a third party, unless FBD has your permission, or unless it is required by Danish Law. FBD may possibly release your personal data to FBD’s authorized direct marketing partner, unless you inform FBD of the opposite. FBD retains the right to contact you by e-mail, telephone and fax regarding the administration of your account with FBD. On your request, FBD will remove all subscriptions (and any personal data connected thereto) from FBD’s database. This can, however, temporarily terminate your e-mail subscription, as FBD requires a certain amount of information in order to create and manage your account.
FBD reserves the right to access and use individual identifiable information in relation to complying with current legislation, court decisions and legal regulatory requirements, for the correct functioning of the data systems, to protect FBD its users. If you have not earlier contested the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can change your mind and correct this at any given time, by writing or e-mailing to FBD.
Who has access to your data?
