After a two-year corona break, the Danish-German football, business and family event, BeltCup, is back!
This year's edition of BeltCup takes place in and around the Lohmühle Stadium in Lübeck, Germany on the 8th-10th July.
This will be the third time that the event is held by HanseBelt e.V, Femern Belt Development and football associations SHFV and DBU Lolland-Falster.
"We are very pleased to be able to resume the Danish-German cooperation around BeltCup, which was initiated in 2018. During the two days, we focus on sports, business and entertainment, as an attraction for the people on both sides of the Fehmarn Belt," says director, Stig Rømer Winther, Femern Belt Development.
Six football teams ready
The BeltCup football tournament is attended by six teams, three from Denmark and three from Germany
The six teams are: Hvidovre IF, Nykøbing FC, Næstved BK, FC Phönix Lübeck, SV Todsfelde and VfB Lübeck.
